FSX Myanma Airways Fokker F28-4000 Update

Installation:
- Copy and paste the file Aircraft.cfg in: FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\f284000MMA
- Confirm overwrite with YES.
That's it! Start FSX, select Fokker, F-28-4000, Myanma Airways XY-AGA or XY-AGB.
