Where (which 2004 folder in the program files) would I save the NASA Spaceshuttle and Aircraft Carier downloads so they appear in the 2004 menu? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Follow this and it should help. Always check the read-me that comes with the download.

Thank you, but of course this brings up another question....the shuttle worked fine, but w/ regard to the carrier:

1) how does one get to the carrier - do you have to fly to it or can it be picked as an 'airpoprt'....floating I guess.
2) several of the planes loaded into the software do not appear as choices from the menu?

The exact carrier loaded is this.. https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/1303/fs2004-carrierops-full-pack/

Thank you in advance for any help.

If you load it into scenery they should tell you how to find it in the read-me. Then it will be listed like an airport.
If you load into aircraft that means that you can only "drive" it.

Thank you....one more....the B-52 plane states that if I want the 'AI' verson of the plane I should load that particular file...what is an 'AI' version and how does it differ from the other B-52 file.

Thanks.

They are usually easier on the frame rate and quite often you can't fly them.
They are on a set schedule to fly from one point to another.
There are free and pay programs to put AI in the air and on the ground.
The sim looks like a new sim when they are added.
You have to wait in line at runways to take off, quite nice.
