Jet2.com Boeing 737-500 livery for FSX recreates G-CELG with a convincingly weathered, retired look and authentic airline details for ATC and menus. Built for the default 737-500, it uses the classic FS2002-style panel and focuses on external textures and wheel detailing for a lived-in Classic-era finish.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    Have I done something wrong? I'm not getting any decals on the plane, Just plain white, I have copied the folder to SimObjects>Airplanes.
