How to install this mod

FSX / P3D livery / repaint

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Add livery to base aircraft folder

    Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.

  3. Update aircraft.cfg

    Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    There is a few problems with this aircraft.

    • The first problem is that there are no sounds whatsoever. I checked to see if it wasn't my computer and it wasn't.
    • Another problem with this aircraft is the lack of a VC (virtual cockpit). It has views like "right seat" but it just points in a different direction similar to the cockpit view without the cockpit panel (like a nose cam).

    One good thing I can say about this is the livery. It is beautifully represented and is wonderful. Sadly, due to the inconveniences listed above, I can't really conduct a flight.
