Installation:

Method 1: Open lear45_skyhearts.zip in windows explorer and copy the "texture.2" folder and the "aircraft.cfg" file to the Lear45 folder of your FSX (\SimObjects\Airplanes\Lear45). Select "yes" when asked if to overwrite the existing aircraft.cfg. The new aircraft.cfg file includes neccessary entries for the new texture.
Method 2: Open the lear45_skyhearts.zip with winzip or similar program. Click "Extract" button. Browse and select the lear45 folder of your FSX (\SimObjects\Airplanes\Lear45). Remember to check the “use folder names” and "overwrite existing files" checkbox and then click "Extract". This will create texture.2 folder in your Lear45 folder and replace the aircraft.cfg file with new one including neccessary entries for the new texture.

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
