Background
The Yakovlev Yak-40, introduced in the late 1960s, is a tri-engined short-haul jet known for its reliable regional service and capability to operate from smaller airfields. The variant supported by this add-on offers a practical cargo/passenger combination, which has made it highly adaptable in various flight operations. In this livery, the fuselage is adorned with markings representing the Saratov aircraft plant corporate design, highlighting a distinctive part of Russian aviation heritage.

Installation Instructions
- Ensure you have the SCDS Yak-40 v1.3 primary package correctly installed.
- Run the provided .exe file and point it to your core simulator directory (root folder).
- Allow the installer to complete the automatic setup. The fresh Saratov repaint should then appear in your aircraft selection menu.
- If you apply future patches to the underlying SCDS Yak-40 v1.3 and lose this livery, simply rerun this installer to restore it.
