FS2004 AFCAD2 File For Hong Kong Int'l

Hong Kong International Airport (VHHH) gets a more complete ground layout with an AFCAD2 update that adds every gate and roughly 95% of parking stands, accurately positioned and numbered to match Thomas Kwong’s scenery. Designed for FS2004, it keeps runways and taxiways untouched and requires the vhhh2004b scenery package.

Several large commercial jets are parked at jet bridges alongside a terminal with a wavy roof and multiple boarding gates.

A top-down airport layout displays two parallel runways, multiple taxiways, and numerous green-marked parking spots concentrated near terminal areas.

Overview of Hong Kong Int'l Airport.

This file adds gates to every gate and 95% of the stand parking areas in Thomas Kwong's Hong Kong Int'l (vhhh2004b.zip). I have only added gate designations to a few gates in the South areas for Cathay Pacific. All other gates and parking are unassigned. They're also correctly placed and numbered according to the visual scenery in the addon. You will need Thomas Kwong's addon scenery for the gates to function correctly. No changes were made to the taxiways or runways at all.

This is my first attempt at AFCAD modifications, with that said I hope you enjoy using it!

Installation:

SImply put AF2_VHHH.bgl into "(flightsim main directory)/Addon Scenery/Scenery" and start up Flight Simulator.
