Frontier Airlines’ Airbus A319 CFM livery brings crisp photorealistic artwork to the Project Airbus A319 model, adding an authentic passenger-jet look in Microsoft Flight Simulator X. The package is tuned for the CFM56 variant and complements the base model’s exterior and virtual cockpit for believable airline ops; requires PA319FD_V3.ZIP.

There are two ways that you can do it either copy and paste this below into an existing Aircraft.cfg and then change the number [fltsim.x] accordingly. or just put the whole folder into the SimObjects/Airplanes folder of FSX and then put the contents of the effects folder in the FSX effects folder.

Extract texture.Fontier to your Project Airbus (Airbus A319 CFM model) and add the following: to the Aircraft.cfg.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
