Installation:

  • Unzip A346VIR.zip folder to your FSX > Simobjects > Airplanes.
  • Open the folder Tom Ruth Airbus A340-600 Virgin Atlantic folder.
  • Open Gauges folder end copy the tom340 in to your main Gauges folder of FSX when you not have a other Model of the Thomas Ruth.
  • Click to the lightseffects folder and copy all the files to your main FSX Effects folder.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    Hi, great aircraft. As with previous version just remember that you need to copy the existing A321's "Panel" contents into the "panel.340" folder of this new one without overwriting the new files in the panel.340 folder.
