Installalation:

no.1 Unzip the file and send the Aircrafts folder to the FS AIRCRAFT FOLDER.
no.2 Copy and paste the effects contained into the 'Posky effects' folder into FS effects folder.
no.3 Start FS and have a nice flight.

FSX / P3D add-on

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
