Editorial

This mod is one of the simplest, yet most effective, I have installed at the moment. It takes the old outdated textures for the FS2004 edition of the Boeing 747-400 and changes it for the better. With this new American Airlines texture you will get an aircraft that looks far more polished and realistic than the aircraft you get with the default textures.

Not only will this make a massive difference to the overall process but it will help you appreciate the accuracy of the textures compared to the inaccuracy of the old ones. It also comes with new night textures which look great, making the aircraft change quite significantly when you fly under the cover of night.

Best of all it includes some flashy new reflections that make the aircraft look even better. It might be a simple add-on but it’s one I would definitely recommend you grab if you are still using the FS2004 747-400 aircraft.

It makes a pretty telling difference to the level of enjoyment you’ll get flying the aircraft. Not only does it now look better but it’s more authentic and carries the real look and feel of the aircraft, the way the original should have.

It’s simple and easy to use but that does not mean that it’s not well made. I would be happy to use this time and time again in the future, creating a really interesting project that has a really polished look to it in general, making it a worthwhile livery to have installed.
