Unzip the contents of this file to a temporary directory.
Move the folder "inter03ek" to your variants folder. It should be here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\Captain_Sim\727\Variants.
Run the TCE and install this repaint as per the Captain Sim instructions.
