Douglas DC-3A, circa 1947. KLM being the first non American carrier to do business with the Douglas Aircraft company, buying fourteen DC2s and thus opening the European market for Douglas. This post war 1947 livery is one of the may DC3's KLM acquired from converted army surplus C47's. The registration PH-DCA is fictional. This repaint is based on the templates Mark Beaumont created for the MAAM-SIM Douglas DC3 (passenger version), which were based on Jan Visser's original textures. Repaint by Rob Overdijk.
