Copy the file "texture.F-GLAM" in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\Carenado BARON 58" replace the "X" in fltsim.X by the number after the last fltsim.
Copy the image.jpg "thumbailF-GLAM" in the same file.

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
