FS2002/FS2004 THUNDERBIRD
This is an all NEW Gmax model of the F-16 Fighting Falcon, in a Thunderbird paint scheme. Features include Max animation, dynamic shine, and a Virtual Cockpit. There is no 2D panel, but the panel.cfg I have included is made to work seamlessly with Eric Marciano's freeware F-16 panel. I strongly r...

Editorial
I downloaded this unique take on the Thunderbird to spruce up my old FS2004 models and, I have to say, I was hugely impressed! The developer of this model has done a fine job in making sure that you can get a genuine representation of the old Fighting Falcon, and enjoy using it. This Thunderbird paint scheme is not only really impressive and well-designed but it does a good job of capturing the real quality of the aircraft.
Performance
The first thing to note, though, is how authentic this feels. It comes with a range of professionally designed animations as well as a fresh and charming virtual cockpit which is very easy to use. Not only is this mod exceptionally simple to actually use but it’s also a very simple, effective design that manages itself quite simply when you fly.
Despite being military hardware you should have relatively no problems in getting to grips with how it manages itself in the air, since it is pretty simple to learn how to fly. It comes with plenty of gauges and other useful little features, too, so you should have it relatively easy when it comes to managing the way that it performs.
However, you will need to download a freeware panel that the author makes note of as it’s needed to work with this in 100% compatibility.
Design
The design element, though, is just as impressive. The quality of the dynamic shine on the aircraft, for example, will give you a fair and easy to enjoy look when you look at it from a third person perspective. If you are not sure what you want view you want to use then that is fine; this mod comes with several to pick from. They are all very easy to manage and manipulate in the manner that you wish, giving you a system that is effective and easy despite being so exceptionally advanced.
I would highly recommend that any fans of military hardware check this out as it works exceptionally well. Not only is it easy to manage and control but it gives you plenty of command in terms of what you want to do in the skies.
For a model that is a joy to fly with and very easy to learn how to manage and control with ease, I recommend that you check this out as soon as you possibly can – it’s a fair, honest and fun reflection of the power of the Thunderbird.
