Warning panel remaining lights: [GENE] [PITOT] [ENG P] [FUEL P]
[HORN] [MGB P] [TWT GRIP] [HYDR]
VEMD: ENGINE PAGE DISPLAYED
Control pedals: Freeedom of travel, then neutral
Collective lock: LOCKED
Twist grip (on collective): SHUT OFF position
Hydraulic switch: ON

2.ENGINE STARTING

Booster pump: ON ([FUEL P] goes out)
Anticollision light: ON
Twist grip: START position
Starter: PRESS
Warning panel lights: [ENG P], [HYDR] and [MGB P] goes out
Twist grip (when NR>350rpm): FLIGHT position ([TWT GRIP] goes out)
Aural warning (Horn): ON ([HORN] goes out)

At around Ng 60% the upper VEMD screen automatically switces to FLI display

3.RUN-UP CHECK

Pitot heat: ON ([PITOT] goes out)
Booster pump: OFF
Collective lock: UNLOCKED
Check: No warning light illuminated, Electrical system voltage and current, Oil pressure
All nessesary systems: ON

SHUT DOWN

Cyclic stick: NEUTRAL
Collective, collective lock: MINIMUM, LOCKED
Pitot, Horn, Lights: OFF
Generator, Hydraulic and all systems: OFF
Twist grip: SHUT OFF
Rotor brake (NR<150rpm): APPLY (not implemented)
Anticollision light: OFF
Battery: OFF

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
