FSX Door to Atlantis: Episode II Mission

Door to Atlantis Episode II, "Looking for the Mysterious Statue..." Dr. Lamont has just entered the Shorts twin engine aircraft, the rest of those going to Punta Gorda with him to look for the mysterious statue are already in their wicker chairs munching some dried meat as their early breakfast. "Gentlemen", says the doctor, "this is one more step in our search for the Door to Atlantis. Let me warn you all, that we are heading into the unknown and danger lurks every minute of this trek, so if anyone wants to stay, please leave the aircraft now..." No one moved, except Jeanne Furvua, the 28 year old professor of ancient langauges from the University of Luas; she started doing her lips with a bright red lipstick. All ten eyes plus two of the doctor stared at her... So the expedition begins one more day! The little Shorts floatplane cracks its engines and off they go into the early morning fog. I recomend you Download " Plan-G” which uses the acclaimed and versatile Google Maps mapping tool. Any geographical feature which exists in Google Maps can be included in your flight plans, and all the features of Google Maps are fully available. Overlaid on the Google Map are the necessary navigation features extracted from FS - controlled airspace, airports, navaids, VRPs, etc., with automatic switching at lower zoom levels to avoid clutter. Use it with all flights.

FOR THIS MISSION YOU WILL NEED : The Short-Scion-Floats-02 aircraft.

1) Make a Directory called "DOOR TO ATLANTIS II" move the two directories called "SCENERY" and "TEXTURE" TO IT.

2) Place the finished "DOOR TO ATLANTIS II" Directory in FSX/Addon Scenery Directory. Now go to FSX and jump to the Menu and ADD the Directory to the list Scenery.

3) Print the .JPG MAP for flight reference.

4) Move the" DOOR TO ATLANTIS" (MISSION FOLDER) to your FSX/Missions Directory.

5) Start FSX and go to the "outback" Mission Menu and load the Mission.

You are now ready to start your flights.
