Buffalo Niagara International Airport (KBUF) v3 refreshes the field layout for Microsoft Flight Simulator X with an up-to-date AFCAD, extended Runway 5/23, added aprons, and refined parking. JetBlue overflow stands and updated gate assignments improve airline operations, while fixes address duplicate scenery elements and airport perimeter details.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Buffalo Niagara International Airport (KBUF), New York (NY), v3. This AFCAD is the most up to date available. JetBlue overflow parking has been added, aprons have been added, runway 5/23 has been lengthened and some parking assignments have been changed. By Alex Valvo/Ray Smith.

INSTALLATION
If you have the previous version of this release already installed, simply delete the file. Move the .bgl file within this folder into the Microsoft Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/Scenery folder.

WHAT THIS UPDATE FIXES
For those of you who had downloaded the previous version of KBUF, there was problems with double scenery items, some of the parking assignments and the airport fence.

WHAT THIS AFCAD CONTAINS
This AFCAD is the most up to date available. JetBlue overflow parking has been added, aprons have been added, Runway 5/23 has been lengthened and some parking assignments have been changed.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
