FSX Complete Jordanian Scenery Package

Complete Jordan Scenery Package. This is version 2 of the VATSIM Jordanian FIR's Jordanian scenery package. In this complete package, OJAI, OJAM, OJAQ and OJMF are represented to the best of VATJO's ability using real world photos, charts, and other sources from the Kingdom. This scenery includes updates for OJAI, OJAM and OJAQ, including current taxiway configurations, complete Amman, Aqaba, and Mafraq city landclasses, and more. Detailed installation instructions included. Requires deletion of all previous OJAI or VATJO scenery packages. By Mahmoud Fadli and the VATSIM Jordanian FIR. If you have any previous scenery for Jordan, or any other AFCAD file for any Jordanian Airport, it is highly advised that you delete it. It may cause “scenery conflicts” which will produce visual errors in the scenery.

INSTALLATION

1. Extract this zip archive to your main Flight Simulator 9 or Flight Simulator X Directory. This is usually located at c:\program files\microsoft games\flight simulator 9, or for FSX, c:\program files\microsoft games\flight simulator x.

2. Start Flight Simulator 9 or Flight Simulator X.

3. On your main Flight Simulator 9 or Flight Simulator X welcome screen, click on the “Settings” button on the lower left hand side.

4. Under the “Scenery” Section, click on “Scenery Library.”

5. On the right side of that window, you will see a button labeled “Add Area.” Click that button.

6. You will then be shown a pop-up screen that says “Select Scenery Directory.” This automatically shows your Flight Simulator 9 or Flight Simulator X Addon Scenery Folder.

7. In this folder, find the folder entitled: E-Z Libraries. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

8. Next, find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJAI-EXCLUSION. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

9. Once this is done, you will be back at the previous window. Click on “Add Area” again, and find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJAM-EXCLUSION. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

10. Next, click on “Add Area” again, and find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJAQ-EXCLUSION. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.” If you have FSX, click “Add Area” once again and find the folder entitled: VATJO-EXCLUDE-OJAQ-FSX. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

11. Then, click on “Add Area” yet again, and find the folder entitled: VATJO-AFCADs-LC. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

12. Next, click on “Add Area” and find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJAI. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

13. Afterwards, click again on “Add Area” and find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJAM. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

14. Next, click on “Add Area” once more, and find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJAQ. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

15. Finally, click on “Add Area” and find the folder entitled: VATJO-OJMF. Click once on the folder, and then click “OK.”

16. Once back at the previous screen, click “OK” again.

17. If you have Flight Simulator X, you will be able to use this scenery immediately. If you have Flight Simulator 9, please close the Flight Simulator and restart the program.

18. You will now be able to enjoy flying in the Hashimite Kingdom of Jordan!
