ILS runway 24 108.10, Ident I-SCA. 06/24 LDA 4550 feet each way.
Although used by light aircraft and props, it could in theory accept B737 size a/c - Santos Dumont domestic airport in Rio De Janeiro has a 4500 foot runway and is regularly used by 737s A319s etc.
INSTALLATION:
Paste all EGPM named files (3) into your MAIN FSX / Addon scenery / Scenery folder.
Then start FSX, Go to EGPM, Scatsta, UK.
The archive scatstafsx.zip has 7 files and directories contained within it.
