This is the scenery package for Niue Island. Niue is located in the South Pacific, somewhere between American Samoa and the Cook Islands. Niue is one of the world's largest coral islands. But don't look for sandy beaches. The island has a rather rough and rocky coastline. Texture resolution is 1m/pixel (LOD 15). Comes with detailed airport. By Tiberius Kowalski.

How to install:

1) Close FSX.

2) Extract zip file to your hard drive, this will create the folder [NIUE]

3) got to [Microsoft Flight Simulator X] ---> [Scenery] ---> [0004] ---> [Scenery] and move file "cvx0238.bgl" to your [NIUE] folder. You have to move it, not copy it, it has to disappear from that folder because that's the default waterpoly for this region and we don't need this waterpoly for this scenery.

4) Run FSX.

5) Go to "Scenery Library" and add folder [NIUE], click ok and scenery library will update automatically.

6) Now you can choose the airport Niue International (NIUE) and off you go!

Settings:

1) you need a better mesh than the default FSX mesh (at least 76m/pixel, LOD 9) for that area.

2) set mesh resolution to at least 76m/pixel.

3) set texture resolution to 1m/pixel.

How to uninstall:

1) Go to "Scernery Library" in FSX and delete [NIUE], click ok, scenery library will update automatically, then close FSX.

2) Move file "cvx0238.bgl" from your folder [NIUE] back to [Microsoft Flight Simulator X] ---> [Scenery] ---> [0004] ---> [Scenery]

3) Delete folder [NIUE] from your hard drive.
