This is a special version of the Project Airbus A321 with all working virtual cockpit, based of the Stefan Liebes panel with added many new features like enhanced PFD and ND screens (TCS, filght plan page, destination airport page with runways, ILS frequencies...). Includes a navigation gauge that can replaces the FMC for automatic climb. Also real fuel management (specific gauge) with engine feed from center tanks to wing tanks, with reserve management and low level alarm and procedure; all pumps and valves work. By Francois Dore. The Project Airbus A321 is being distributed via a single base package and individual livery packages. To install the base package, simply extract the compressed file folder under your root FSX folder. The base package does not contain any liveries - you must install at least one livery package before flying.

To install a livery package, simply extract the compressed file folder under your [FSX root]\SimObjects\Airplanes\ folder. Then, browse to [FSX root]\SimObjects\Airplanes\Project Airbus A321-211 if you're installing a CFM engine livery, or [FSX root]\SimObjects\Airplanes\Project Airbus A321-231 if you're installing an IAE engine livery. Inside that folder, simply double click the _Livery Installer_PA.bat file to complete the livery installation. On completion, the installer will leave behind an aircraft.backup file should you wish to reverse the changes.

  • Improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack.
  • Improved dynamic shine.
  • Improved wing parts.
  • New antenna hiding method.
  • Modeled engine innards, fan semi-transparent at high rpm.
  • Custom fan animations (including fan windmilling).
  • Double strobes.
  • Improved control surface droop w/engines off.
  • Custom nose wheel steering code.
  • Rudder influenced by wind during surface droop.
  • Lots of other fixes and improvements.

Autothrottle keeps going for 990 knots despite me having the mach set at .73. Please help.

If I fill this twice, it really means it's awesome. Nevermind my previous comment. Everything works fine. Just please try to make the a380 with similar panels and all. The best freeware ever.

Superb update. It's free I cannot believe it. A small issue though, while climbing I can't get the autopilot altitude button to work. It works while pressing control z which holds on the current altitude and not the altitude I set.
