How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    Has an A318 tutorial—best mod ever, no errors.

    They even included Air France, even though it's meant for Frontier.

    What a great aircraft! When I went to add a New GPS to the panel.cfg file, I discovered that it was not listed in FSX under "Airbus". a further search reveled that it was not intended for FSX, but for FS9. Nevertheless, I shall keep it, as it works so well and as it is not listed in my a/c library, I will be unable to delete it, anyway. It was listed in your weekly free downloads for FSX, which is why I went ahead to download it. Hope there is a way to fix this problem.
