FSX Space 1999 Eagle

Space: 1999’s Eagle transporter brings cinematic spaceflight to FSX with a responsive flight model tuned for extreme altitudes and speed. Expect a service ceiling around 400,000 ft, an absolute ceiling near 550,000 ft where the atmosphere fades, plus blistering performance up to roughly 2,168 KIAS at sea level.

Download immediately! Incredible aircraft. 400,000 ft nothing. From the flight analysis I reached 2,500,000 ft!!! You can see the curve of the earth from space. I looked down on the tiny islands of Hawaii where I took off.

It's interesting, landing pads don"t come up, and can"t shut off engines for re-entry so once your in space, that"s it. But a good download if you want to have some fun.

WHAT A GREAT EXPEIENCE AND VERY CREATIVE SHIP. DOWNLOAD IS VERY EASY AND I LIKE TO FLY SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOR A CHANGE. I WOULD PAY ABOUT $10 FOR THE CHANCE TO FLY THIS THING AND FOOL AROUND WITH IT AND I REALLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL MEMBERS.

This plane can CLIME SO FAST!! Such a cool plane to fly with. I give it a 8 because it disapointed me that when your finally in space you lose all controll of the SPACE PLANE!! and when you try to get back on earth you spin way out of controll and take forever to get on the ground. lol so if it's not too much to ask can't you guys make somthing that can be controlled in space I would really have fun with it and by the way you guys are doing a GREAT job sorry if Im commenting too much.

Great version of the eagle transport looks just right.Only two things I can think of which could be better, you cant leave the cargo pod behind when you lower it ( E2) and the engines seem to powerful at idle hence trying to landing seems to leave you floating around above the ground unable to get down. But other than that brilliant.Now which way is moon base alpha?

it-s nice to fly so high... its too sensitive 4 my taste ...fun to land it :) ..first time stayed 5 min hovering on 10ft

Wow this thing hauls! Sweet! Textures and lighting are grate. Would have give it a ten but the cockpit needs some work. When you look around all you see is stars to the side and behind you. In the cockpit the only thing you see is the front of the craft. Other then that this a joy to fly around in! It's a shame you can't fly through space with this. I ended up stalling out and losing control at 500,000+ lol.

This is an excellent vehicle to use, take off , landing, lighting and rendering all excellent , the only reason I've given it an eight not a 10 is that the instrument panel on F9 isn't useable and using the hat while inside the cockpit results in a 180 degree view of inside and behind you is space . Apart from that great fun , well done and a big thanks.
