Northrop XP-56 “Black Bullet” brings the tailless experimental fighter to FSX SP2 with a detailed virtual cockpit, custom gauges, and smooth full animations. The package recreates the unusual flying-wing concept that briefly pushed piston-era performance before jets took over, capturing its distinctive profile and handling character in flight.

Description Comments
FSX SP2 Northrop XP-56 "Black Bullet". An experimental tailess fighter developed to explore flying wing fighter designs. While it flew well enough, the XP56 never achieved its design performance, and eventually was made obsolete by the new generation of jet aircraft designs. One of the two built still exists in storage at the Smithonian Air Museum. This release has full animations and VC with custom gauges. Not tested in Vista/DX10. By Tim Conrad.
