Sunwing Airlines Winter 2015 AI fleet and flightplans bring busy, schedule-based traffic from February 1–7, 2015 into FSX, covering 37 aircraft, 68 destinations across 15 countries, and 797 weekly flights with strong Canadian hub activity. Includes accurate textures for FAIB 737-800 winglet and scimitar models and requires faib7378v13.zip.

Flight data taken from Sunwing's Website for the weeks of February 1st to February 7th, 2015. Sunwing operates a fleet of 37 aircraft this winter. Each aircraft is represented as accurately as possible in the fleet pack. Includes textures for the FAIB 737-800 winglet and scimitar models (faib7378v13.zip). By Ryan O'Reilly.

Installation:

  1. To install the AI Traffic simply install the aircraft textures to your FAIB 737-800 folder.
  2. Make sure you have both the winglet and scimitar models in your FAIB folder!
  3. Move the traffic_SWG_W15.bgl to your scenery/world/scenery folder.
  4. That is all you need to do!

Flightplan Statistics:

  • In total, Sunwing aircraft fly to 68 destinations in 15 different countries.
  • They operate 37 Aircraft. 12 Owned by SWG, 20 operated on Dry-lease, & 5 operated on Wet-lease.
  • They operate a total of 797 flights per week.
  • They have large operations in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec.
  • Their busiest hub is Toronto with 122 weekly departures.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

    On Feb.3/2o16 we are flying to Costa Rica flight 724. What is the seat width for your 737-800 jet and I understand that the flying time is 4 hours and 45 minutes. Thank you very much.
