This repaint offers a fresh livery for the Bombardier Challenger 300, registered as N300BZ. Created by Enrique Cornejo, it is designed to work with the freeware model originally developed by Richie Schwertfeger (file name: BOMBARDIER_CHALLENGER_300.ZIP). The Challenger 300 stands out for its transcontinental performance and mid-sized business jet configuration, which makes it an ideal option for corporate operators or VIP travelers. This add-on requires only the repaint files; the base package is available separately in the Fly Away Simulation library.

Notable Model Characteristics

The Challenger 300 evolved from the Challenger 601 series and exhibits exceptional range in the midsize category. Thanks to two Honeywell AS907-1-1A (HTF7000) turbofan engines rated at around 6,924 pounds of takeoff thrust each, it reliably climbs to altitudes up to 45,000 ft. The cabin is pressurized and configured for business travel, offering a comfortable layout that can handle extended journeys across continents without frequent refueling.

Visual Enhancements

This repaint includes refined exterior textures that accurately represent the real-world N300BZ registration. The livery highlights subtle details found on the Challenger 300’s streamlined fuselage, winglets, and distinct tail design. In Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it visually captures the aircraft’s aerodynamic shape and ensures accurate markings for immersive corporate-jet scenarios.
