This green-and-white repaint package offers a detailed exterior finish for the Piper PA-32RT-300 Lance II, capturing both the streamlined form and classic lines of this dependable six-seat aircraft. Created by Tom Tiedman for the freeware model by Paul Craig, it is compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator X and adds a distinctive livery that is ideal for general aviation enthusiasts seeking a more personalized experience. The real-world PA-32RT-300 Lance II is recognized for its T-tail design and heritage linking back to the Cherokee Six series, and this virtual rendition stays true to that lineage while enhancing visual immersion in-flight.

Key Attributes of the Repaint

  • Authentic Visuals: Each surface reflects the signature green and white scheme, designed to resemble N8849K’s recognizable paint job.
  • Compatible Base Model: Built specifically for Paul Craig’s Lance II freeware release, ensuring proper alignment and texture mapping.
  • Detailed Accents: Subtle shading, rivet lines, and aerodynamic contours are preserved for added realism.

Maintaining the Original Look

This repaint builds upon the robust design of Piper’s PA-32RT-300 Lance II, known for its extended cabin space and retractable landing gear. Its real-life counterpart balances passenger comfort with dependable performance, and this texture set carefully reflects those traits through authentic markings and color accuracy.
