FSX M.Dassault-Breguet Atlantic 1 V2.2

Dassault-Breguet Atlantic 1 v2.2 brings the French Navy maritime patrol aircraft to FSX Acceleration in DirectX 9, rebuilt with an animated 3D virtual cockpit, tuned flight dynamics, custom panel and gauges, and dedicated sounds. Two authentic Marine Nationale liveries depict 24F in older colors and 23F in the newer scheme.

FSX M.Dassault-Breguet Atlantic 1, version 2.2, French Marine, for FSX Acceleration, DirectX9 mode. Completely reworked from the original model released many years ago and now it has an animated 3D virtual cockpit. The package contains a specific version of the Atlantic that was used by French marine in two different liveries, the old colors and the new ones. The model with the older livery carries the badge of the 24F navy squadron, the example with new livery carries that of 23F navy squadron. Full package includes aircraft model by Masimo Taccoli, textures by Massimo Taccoli with help by Gilles Devismes, F.D. files by D.G. Seeley, panel and gauges by Jean-Pierre Langer and Arne Bartels, sound by Mike Hambly.

Installation:

  • Extract the zipped files into your FSX SimObjects/Airplanes folder. Move (or copy) the contents of the Effects folder to your FSX Effects folder.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    Not bad. Decent flight model but pretty low-end VC, however better than most free ones.
