FSX Railroad Valley F-15E Update

This is an update for FSX of the Railroad Valley update of the Iris F-15E. Includes modified 2D panel to include a pitch trim gauge, the landing gear lights from the VC, a flaps gauge and a speed brake light. Also changed the 2D HUD and edited out non-functional parts of the panel like one of the bitmaps and the mini panel section of the panel.cfg. Also updated the flight dynamics so it makes Mach 2.5 at 37,000 feet and did the usual correcting of the contact points and things like the wing apex position. This is the whole aircraft. Unzip to a folder of your choice. Copy the aircraft to the main FS airplanes folder. Copy the effects to the main FS effects folder and the textures in the effects folder to the texture folder in the main FS effects folder. No need to overwrite anything already there.

If you already have the Railroad Valley F-15E you will have to choose which one to have in the simulator. They are the same plane to the sim and will cause a conflict if they are both there.

The above is for a guide for what to expect when flying the aircraft. For me, an approach (flaps down) of 130 to 150 untill on short final worked OK.

This aircraft can now follow a course at cruise speed and altitude at 8x and 16x time compression while holding altitude.

I also deleted the anoying, to me, breathing sound from the sound folder.
