Fromentine-Beauvoir (LF8561) brings a characterful private airfield to life on France’s Atlantic coast, set on reclaimed marshland between Fromentine and Beauvoir-sur-Mer with Noirmoutier Island close by. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, the scenery captures the local setting for relaxed VFR hops and coastal touring.

Fromentine-Beauvoir (LF8561), a private field in north Vendee, west of France on the Atlantic side, in front of the Noirmoutier Island, really a place to travel to and to discover.

Fromentine-Beauvoir scenery in FSX. The airfield is located between Fromentine and Beauvoir sur mer, in the land gained on the swamps around.

Caution: deactivate the previous scenery in your Fsx addon scenery library, delete the folder in your ...\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery then unzip the new version, copy and paste it at the same place, then declare the scenery in your FSX addon scenery library.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
