SOUTH CAROLINA, 3 September 2003. MegaScenery publisher, PC Aviator, today announced the next installment of MegaScenery - the groundbreaking visual scenery series for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The next title will be MegaScenery New York and features New York City and surrounding areas and will enable Flight Simulator pilots to soar the skies above the world's most famous city - The Big Apple - New York City and surrounding areas in striking detail that's almost as real as real life itself. Over 16,000 square miles of high resolution satellite scenery features the striking contrast between the world's busiest metropolis and rich surrounding countryside. Includes all of Long Island and Long Island Sound for over the water flights.

New York Airspace is the most notoriously busy airspace in the country with 3 major international airports within just 25 miles of each other - John F Kennedy International, La Guardia International and Newark International. This next MegaScenery title will enable flight sim pilots to experience that busy airspace for themselves.

Megascenery New York will also feature "real" night scenery for the entire area so flight simmers can see just what the world's busiest metropolis looks like from the air at night.

Like the previous title and all future MegaScenery titles, the New York package comes with all of the real world aeronautical charts required to fly the scenery [like a pilot] and to identify all of the major landmarks the scenery contains.

"Our first MegaScenery title, Los Angeles and San Diego, has truly been a hit" said PC Aviator President, Robert Ferraro. "In my 14 years in this industry, I've never seen a flight sim add-on create such a frenzy amongst flight simmers. We're glad to be able to roll out another title so soon after the first release".

MegaScenery USA 2004: New York is scheduled for release on 15 October. The Lite version will be priced at $29.95 and the Full Kit will be $39.95.

MegaScenery is created and developed by Australian company Aerosoft Australia Pty Ltd and published by PC Aviator Inc.
