One of the coolest things about the Concorde is its curves. It was designed in such as way that its specifications are extremely accurate and true to form. Pilots are able to fully take in the plane’s quality design and fantastic visual. Individuals at the helm of the plane will be able to have many of the same piloting experiences as those of real-life pilots (at least it will feel that way), including being able to hear the plane’s sounds. Learning to fly the Concorde using this simulator is challenging, though very exciting.
Concorde X is great because it so versatile. It can be utilized by both the novice and the experienced pilot. The built-in Virtual Flight Engineer is very helpful for those just learning how to fly or with minimal experience.
The Concorde X is very complete. It is also fairly easy to fly considering the fact that it’s a desktop flight simulator. The standards for simulators have risen a great deal since the release of this particular add-on. Because the systems are incredibly accurate and the photo-realistic graphics unbelievable, other companies had to step-up their offerings.
The Concord X includes a very detailed external model and a very cool virtual cockpit. The sound is thee dimensional and totally immersive. Other notable features include the Variant 2D instrument and flood lighting, engines which flame up on hot starts, reheat effects, 3D analog instruments on the simulator’s Virtual cockpit and ground services for both electrics and air.
While this version is payware, you can get a great freeware model in our file library here.
