FSX PenAir Jetstream 41 Fix

This is a redo of the previous painting for PMDG's Jetstream 41 of Peninsula Airways. The reason for the redo was to correct the alpha channel. The last old files had a bit too much reflection on it, and so it had to shimmer too much. This one has a better balance in reflection, which eliminates the shimming. If you downloaded the previous file, just replace the texture files with these, but if this is the first time downloading it, there is a readme file for you. By Johnny Rosario.
