This is my second repaint of the WOP B-17 with Accusim cockpit for FSX. It is made to look worn and used and almost all cockpit textures as well as night textures and gauges are changed. You will notice some gauges are old and yellowed and some are newer, this is because over time they could be replaced. You should see wear on switches and knobs as well as scratches on panels. I found that some center throttle consoles had a Power Setting chart decal on the top so that is included as well. This version is a generic cockpit using the most interesting features from the many photos I found.

First back up any bomber texture folder you want to use my textures with (such as texture.joker).

1. "cocpit", this folder contains the textures you must insert into your b17 "texture.joker" or "texture.heaven sent" or other bomber of your choice. Put all 16 files in and let it overwrite when asked.

for example take the texture scheme "Heaven Sent", it is located in your Microsoft Flight Simulator X/SimObjects/Airplanes/WOP2_b17g folder and is called "texture.heaven sent". First backup this folder and save it a another location, then copy my files and paste them into the original "texture.heaven sent" folder, OVERWRITE if asked. Go into the game and see if you have the weathered cockpit. To un-install just reinstall your backed up files.

Note: If you do not see all the new textures it is because your individual bomber texture folders might have some of the same files as mine and you must overwrite those files when asked during installation. Or you put my files into the folder called "texture", that folder is the default textures and should be left alone. BACK UP your original first.

I want to thank A2A for this beautiful plane and for letting me mess with the textures. Caution, using these files could delete your files, please back them up. Neither I, nor A2A are or will be responsible for any damages incurred using these files.

Thanks.
