Highlighting the Aerocondor Colombia Electra
The Lockheed L-188 Electra is a four-engine turboprop airliner produced in the late 1950s. Aerocondor Colombia utilized this aircraft for both passenger and cargo operations, bolstering connectivity across various routes in South America. The turboprop design (using Allison powerplants) allowed efficient performance on short to medium-haul journeys. This texture package aims to recapture that distinctive Aerocondor identity while preserving the Electra’s classic lines.

Important Dependencies
Textures only are furnished here, so you will need to acquire the freeware SL188.ZIP
model developed by Mike Stone. It is not included in this download. You can find the needed base package in the Fly Away Simulation mod library.
Notable Features and Panel Integration
This particular release targets Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, though it may run under older environments, such as FS2002, with certain restrictions. One known limitation is the GPS gauge, which will not function properly in FS2002. While the general flight model and exterior visuals may still load in that simulator, direct support remains aligned with FS2004.
- Authentic Aerocondor Colombia color scheme on a classic L-188 Electra frame
- Base (unpainted) textures included in a separate folder for users who wish to devise additional liveries
- Faithful recreation of fuselage markings and airline insignia
