This freeware repaint showcases a specialized Polish Air Ambulance scheme for Tim Conrad's Antonov An-2T, adapted for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. It provides distinctive blue visuals, emphasizing the unique characteristics of this rugged biplane. The creators of this add-on are Tim Conrad (original model) and Steve Baldwin (repaint). Please note that this package includes textures only; the core Antonov An-2T model referred to as AN2TPPP.ZIP must be obtained separately from the Fly Away Simulation library.
Background on the Antonov An-2T
The Antonov An-2T is a single-engine biplane that first appeared in the late 1940s. Despite initial skepticism about its traditional design, the aircraft gained trust worldwide thanks to its dependable performance in short-field operations. Production surpassed 20,000 units, with many built in Poland. Known as the “Annushka,” it has served in diverse roles, including cargo transport and airborne support. This repaint interprets the An-2T as a Polish Air Ambulance variant, portraying a distinctive blue color scheme often associated with emergency response operations in that region.
Texture Package Details
Repainted by Steve Baldwin, these textures capture the look of a Polish-operated medical transport. Once installed, you can operate flights representing critical care missions or practice short takeoff and landing procedures typical of rural airfields.

description= First appearing in 1947, the AN-2’s attributes were initially undervalued due to its outwardly outdated biplane layout. However, the “Annushka” overcame doubts and proved extremely adaptable for passenger, freight, parachuting, agricultural, and other specialized operations. More than 20,000 were produced, predominantly in Poland.
Additional Notes
This repaint requires the base model found in AN2TPPP.ZIP, created by Tim Conrad. Retrieve that core package from the Fly Away Simulation repository beforehand. After successful installation, you will have a fully functional Polish Air Ambulance version of the An-2T for your simulated medical flights and training scenarios.
