FS2004 Eagle Vickers Viking 1B G-AMGI

Eagle Airways Vickers Viking 1B G-AMGI brings the striking “red top” scheme to FS2004, recreating the penultimate Viking built, originally intended for South African Airways and later operated after transfer via BEA. The repaint includes accurate markings and airline identity, and requires the FSDS Viking model by Rick Piper.

(Red top). Eagle broke away from the basic souped up BEA livery with this dramatic red top design. It soon returned to a modern but by then contemporary white top and red stripe. G-AMGI was bought as were the other from BEA but it was in fact built for South African Airways who had sold it on to BEA. This was the penultimate Viking built as finally ended up in 1960 becoming a cabin trainer at Heathrow before being broken up. Requires the FSDS Viking model by Rick Piper. By Garry Russell.
