Editorial

As easily one of the most recognized aircraft of all time, the Boeing 737 jet has become a massively popular part of history over recent years. This makes it an easy choice to go with if you want to see something that looks awesome and provides you with the help that is needed to really understand the depth and the style of this aircraft. Although it’s very popular you might never have used an accurate and fair representation of the 400 model, and this will give you the perfect opportunity to do just that with next to no problems!

The Boeing is a fantastic aircraft that looks excellent and can easily be trusted to get you from A to B without any hassles, given its rather simplistic and easy operating style. If you have flown any Boeing models in the past you should feel right at home here. This package takes the old 400 package that was released for FS2004 and optimizes it for use with FSX. This means that you can get a much better version of a hugely popular product that has, in the past, been well-received.

This fixes old kinks and problems with the original release and also fixes any compatibility issues that may have cropped up using the original. It has better and more accurate flight dynamics and has seen the addition of some excellent navigation lights to help you see where you are going easier. This will ensure that if you are flying in at night you will have a much better chance of seeing everything below you.

As an updated package, this comes with various new changes to the textures as well with 181 repaints included in the package. This makes it much simpler for you to fly around in a design that you recognize in regards to the 400 model, making it much easier to get into the spirit of things. Naturally, the interior and the range of details included within there is very impressive as well and this makes the whole package fit together in the most seamless fashion it can.

The 737-400 itself was a response to the massive success of the original 300 model. It was first released in 1985 to help fill in the gap between the 737-200 and 300, offering a fairly effective system that was eventually one of the more well-received numbers of the early Boeing brands. Slightly longer than the 300 to help it carry more passengers, up to 188, this became a really popular model for many airlines. Its stronger wing spar and a better tail bumper to ensure tail scraping could be reduced when taking off made it a hugely successful choice with pilots, too, as it became the popular option to go with.

Eventually, the aircraft was transformed into various different formats including a freighter and a combi aircraft for passengers and freight. Both models are still in use in various functions to this day, being one of the most reliable members of the famous Boeing family.

Good day, I downloaded this file but cannot access it. I placed the folder in the right location in FSX, but I still can't see my aircraft that supposedly have been added. Maybe the aircraft panel config file isn't pointing to the correct aircraft. Any solutions?

This is the best freeware i've found (yet) clearly need to download but the cocpit is missing some stuff, like backup altidude indicator and overhead panel.

But its still was a GREAT freeware

I downloaded this file but cannot access it. Please developers, give us a indication whether it is 32 or 64 bit. I think it might just solve a lot of problems and unnecessary downloads.
