These textures also include alpha channels to make them just a tad shinier and reflective. It is, however, in an "experimental" stage, all repaints for Thomas Ruth's planes since my Air Europa paints haven't used any. *I have only edited them to remove the extra shine on the leading edges of the tailfin and horizontal stabilizer.
I painted these textures when I was reminded by the SFO Airport Facebook page that XL Airways France was beginning service from Paris CDG, and would also be the third A330 airline currently servicing SFO.
I've finished the paint just under a week since XL Airways France began operating to SFO, I admit that Diablo 3 had taken a lot of time away from everything else that would normally be happening in my life since I graduated high school at the end of May :P. Nonetheless, the part with the tailfin and the stripes took at least 8 hours total to line up and perfect, then I realized part of the tailfin on the paintkit is cut off on the actual model. Frustrated, I didn't bother to re-do everything, sorry!
The registration font for the jet is not 100% accurate of the real thing, but I hope it isn't as noticeable.
Photos from last year show a discolored or slightly faded engine cowling on F-GSEU's engines, however recent photos I found of her at SFO show this has been fixed.
