This is an FSX panel update of Rey Lopez's 2002 version of the B47 Stratojet. The package features the remodeled and enhanced VC and 2D panel by Erwin Welker which have both been installed in the recent upload of the B-47 Stratojet by Michael Pook. It features two paints, of which one is a U S. Weather Service model. This is a different model than the one recently posted. Original model by Rey Lopez, VC and 2D panel configuration by Michael Pook and Erwin Welker as well as new smoke effect by Michael Pook.

Installation:

  • In the case you already have this aircraft, delete it and copy my Stratojet folder into your FSX/ Simobjects/ aircraft directory. But please don't confuse this model with the one recently posted by me. I couldn't include these two new paints in my other upload as this is a completely different model. Also, the VC differs in some respect from the other model and had to be configured from scratch.
  • Copy the gauges in the gauges folder into your main FSX gauges directory and the smoke effect into your main effects directory (no need to overwrite). That's it, enjoy your flight.
