FSX Convair B-58 With Updated Panels

Convair’s B-58 Hustler for FSX gets an authentic, reworked virtual cockpit modeled on the real aircraft, with a refreshed layout and configuration. The 2D panel and cockpit instrumentation now match consistently for smoother operation and a more cohesive supersonic bomber experience, featuring updated panel design work by Michael Pook.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

The package features a re-worked VC, which is now authentic to the real B58 Hustler panel. In addition, VC and 2D panels now match entirely. New VC configuration and design by Michael Pook.

Installation:

  • If you already have my earliar update, delete it and copy the Convair B-58 Hustler folder into your FSX/ Simobjects/ aircraft directory.
  • Copy the gauges in the gauges folder into your main FSX gauges directory (no need to overwrite).
  • That's it, your all done.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
