Installation for FS9/FSX

1. Copy 'Shanghai_Airlines_737_800' into your Airplanes Directory
2. Copy the effects into the fs effects folder
3. Done!

You may want to use your own panel and sounds. I aliased to the default 737 (-400 in fs9,-800 in fsx) for simplicity.
