In this rendition, CamSim and Camil Valiquette present enhanced exterior detailing, complemented by ground handling animations that allow users to simulate authentic preflight and postflight procedures.

Using Animated Ground Servicing (AGS)

The integrated AGS functionality brings doors, cargo hatches, and service equipment to life. These animations help simulate ground crew procedures and passenger movements. To access them, use the following commands:

  • Press Shift+E to toggle the primary passenger doors.
  • Press Shift+E+2 to operate the smaller rear cargo doors, which also work with FSX ground animations.
  • Press Shift+D to control the main cargo bay doors.
  • Press Shift+C to activate or deactivate other service animations.

Ensure you assign these keyboard shortcuts in FSX by navigating to Options > Settings > Controls > Buttons/Keys > Change Assignment. Set “Wing fold/unfold” to Shift+C and “Tail hook up/down” to Shift+D for full compatibility.

Additional Notes

The visual upgrades introduced in this version 2 package focus on improved fuselage lines and new textures that reflect the airline’s current branding. These details, paired with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner’s recognizable silhouette, provide a heightened immersion level for simmers who appreciate accurate aircraft modeling. Model design and paint remain fully credited to the author, Camil Valiquette, under the CamSim label.

Requires dependencies

This add-on may require the following files to function properly. If this is a repaint, the dependency below is likely the base aircraft package.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.
  3. Verify in FSX

Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Why on the screenshot there are AIRBUS PFD and autopilot bar, and that is the BOEING plane?

The virtual cocpit is not working for me. Is it modelled? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
