Virtavia Sea King New Rotor Blur Textures. For those that find the default rotor blur on the Virtavia Sea King for FSX to be quite pathetic, this file is for you! These new textures will give the rotors a much more realistic appearance. The alpha channels were done from scratch and included the fifth blade that was left out on the main rotor blur when released. The tail rotor has been redone as well. By Brandon Filer.

I made these textures a few months ago and have finally gotten around to uploading them.
INSTALLATION
Before installing these, you should back up your original rotor blur textures. Go to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Rotorcraft\Virtavia Sea King\texture.shared" and rename the following files:
"SH_Main_prop_disc" to "1SH_Main_prop_disc"
"SH_Tail_prop_disc" to "1SH_Tail_prop_disc"
Now, copy over the two .dds files from inside the "rotor textures" folder in this download to the "...\Virtavia Sea King\texture.shared" folder.
Done!!! Now Start FSX and enjoy your improved rotor blur textures!
