FSX / P3D scenery

FSX ISS Over KPAM Scenery

International Space Station scenery places the ISS directly above Tyndall AFB (KPAM) at roughly 175 miles altitude, creating a dramatic orbital rendezvous point and a quick de-orbit hop toward Kennedy Space Center. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it pairs naturally with spaceplane and shuttle operations and supports custom placement via the included BGL object.

ISS Over KPAM. The International Space Station placed directly over Tyndall AFB, Florida (FL) at 900,000 ft (175 miles). This scenery is intended as companion scenery to the Shuttle Atlantis (ATLANTI6.ZIP). Capable of reaching 600,000 feet on its own, but you'll need to use slew to make it the rest of the way up - and it's a short de-orbit to KSC when you're ready to come down. By Bruce Fitzgerald.

Requires dependencies

This add-on may require the following files to function properly. If this is a repaint, the dependency below is likely the base aircraft package.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
  3. Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
