INSTALLATION:
Place the two folders into your addon scenery folder.
My Traffic or other traffic program will populate aircraft at this airport. There are a few static aircraft added.

Finding the Scenery
- FSX/Prepar3D Coordinates:

Use the downloaded flight plan file by launching FSX/P3D, selecting "Load Flight Plan" in the flight planner, and choosing the .pln file. Your aircraft will be positioned directly at the add-on’s location. - Decimal Degrees (DD):
