Military airfield in the former GDR (East Germany) used by Soviet airforce untill the early 90's. This scenery is best used in conjuntion with the SIAI SU-24 Fencer pack, plane by Sergey Ivanov, repaints and traffic file by Ray Parker. Look for SIAI Su 24M.zip in the download section of Rays site.
Some objects like the Radar and military trucks where found on elsewhere, as far as I can make out, the radar is by o1399xa, and the trucks by Hawker, thanks for the objects whoever made them.
Ive also use some MAIW librarys, dont worry, you'll only need the French Mirage packs 1-6, you could probably get by without these but you'll miss out on some fine scenery thats very easy to install. check out the site for all sorts of great packages.
Installation:
Unzip and place the complete folder into the FSX Addon folder, start FSX and activate Welzow_FSX in your scenery library. I recommend the payware VFR Germany East by Aerosoft for the scenery area. If you don't have it put the PhotoEDCY.BGL I did with SBuilderX into this scenery folder.
