A new build of the FSX Mission Editor is available which fixes some small problems and adds some important new features.
- The Mission Wizard, which takes a flight plan and creates an entire, flyable mission based on it, has been enhanced to use the SimVar extension to automatically control navigation radios and the autopilot, and to allow overnight stops in any airport along the route.
- Wizard-generated missions have lots of comments added which should make them easier for beginners to learn from.
- The extension itself has had some new commands added which make setting the weather during a mission a little easier, and prevents people from cheating by editing stored mission settings.
The FSX Mission
Editor provides a graphical, fully checked enviroment for creating FSX missions. It is available for free, limited to creating small missions, or can be purchased for pocket-change from simMarket.

Thanks, this is just what I have been looking for.
I have thousands of missions and needed something to help me put it all together.
Any chance of finding out why this installer refuses to install, with a message stating that the install was "interrupted before FSX Mission Editor could be installed?" No error code, no error message...
