FSX Water Effects Texture

Included a modified 2x water effects texture. It has the smallest possible wave and glint size in the 512x512 texture format, which is the same as the original. The smaller waves suits lakes and rivers very well and makes a calmer ocean surface. You can choose from either a DXT1 version, which is exactly the same size as the original, has mipmaps; Or the DXT3 version which has basically the same waves but the alpha channel allows for more detail, 1 pixel glints. Furthermore the DXT3 compression makes better detail/quality. To reduce its size, this one has no mipmaps. Side effect of small waves and glints: Glint noise at high altitude over the ocean. To me that appears quite realistic though. Higher screen resolutions make it look better, like 1024x960.
